Gaga first started dating the bar owner in 2005 shortly before her rise to fame. They had an on-and-off relationship for several years until they ultimately called it quits in 2011, per Rolling Stone. Her hit song “Yoü And I” is about their relationship, according to MTV.

Gaga started dating the designer in 2009 after meeting at a restaurant the year before. In the book “Lady Gaga: Looking For Fame: The Life of the Pop Princess,” the singer said they were “crazy lovers” before they realized what a strong creative connection they had. Per Rolling Stone, he went on to become her creative director for Haus of Gaga.

Gaga was first photographed with Polansky, a tech investor who is the executive director of the philanthropic company Parker Foundation, on New Year’s Eve in January 2020, per Harper’s Bazaar. The pair went Instagram official in February 2020, and most recently, the pair was spotted together in New York City on Oct. 22.

In a 2020 interview with People, Gaga revealed that he was even helping her work on an app for her foundation. “With Born This Way Foundation, my mother, Cynthia Germanotta, and our co-founder Maya [Enista Smith], who I love so very much — they are working with my, the love of my life on something for mental health,” she said. Polansky has also appeared by her side at many awards shows, including the 2022 Grammys.
